Orders & Returns
We currently DO NOT accept returns and exchanges on GCC orders.
Return and exchanges are only accepted inside Kuwait.
As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange or return, let us know. You have 24 hours from the time you received your order to let us know!
Return & exchanges shipping rates will be paid by the customer depending on the location ranging 1.500-3 KWD.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
